Start off the new year by meditating and running energy everyday via conference call for 30 days. Establish a routine of connecting into your core everyday! Start everyday aligned and present in your body. Recommit to yourself and to your practice. Reset your life to joy and light! We will spend part of the time grounding and clearing the body of past karma (healing and letting go). The other time will be spent raising our vibration and bringing in new information (creating)! You will be activating your pineal gland to anchor more of your spiritual information into your life. See what happens in your external life as you make this commitment to focus on yourself and an awareness practice for 30 days.

2011 was a year of great rearranging and deconstructing! So much transformation has happened and it will continue.
2012 is going to give us the opportunity to be highly creative. We will be opening to the new creative energy coming onto the planet. We need to learn how to raise our vibration and stay focused on the light! We will learn how to find our cores and awaken our authentic selves so we can ride the waves of creativity to come!

In this time of transformation and creativity it is so important to be grounded in yourself and your personal practice. By meditating in a group for 30-days you will be creating the pathways, routine, and commitment to keeping yourself centered and in a higher vibration for the year to come. This is a great commitment to make to yourself and the planet. Doors will open, new pathways will be formed, grace will flow. This is a time for you to commit to yourself and your light! No matter what is happening in your life it is so important to be able to ground into the light and clarity of who you are! It takes practice and support to be happy and live in joy, especially in such transformative times!
It is so important to create the time and space to connect to the light, for growth to happen, for peace to be found -- everyday! This practice will greatly impact your day to day awareness and your quality of life!

Sarah will be leading you through guided meditation. Everyday will be a new adventure into your own awareness and consciousness. Every course Sarah offers is designed directly for who shows up and what you are dealing with in your life. You are the one that provides the lesson plan through what you bring in your energy, life, and Soul.
Every Friday will be a special focused healing meditation to give you the opportunity to let go -- into grace, support and healing energy!

We will begin on Monday, January 2rd and meditate everyday for 1 hour, except Sundays until February 4th. All are welcome. The content of every call will be different.

There are 2 different ways to make this commitment.
1. Listen to the live, 1-hour conference call every morning with Sarah at 6 AM Pacific Time. That is 7 AM Mountain Time, 8 AM Central Time, and 9 AM Eastern Time.
Or
2.Set up a time with Sarah that you will listen to a recording of the meditation everyday on your own.

The cost for this 30-day intensive is $500.
